Infant up to age two
Loving and nurturing childcare environment is provided during the 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. worship services on Sunday.

Children age two
This program is designed to help two year old children learn about Jesus, understand that God loves them, and know that church is a happy place to be where they are now and will always be loved. Teachers create a learning environment that recognizes different learning styles, focuses on the Bible stories, provides activities that stimulate growth and development, and provides care in meeting each child’s needs. This program is at the 9:00 a.m. worship service only. Two year olds are invited to go to the nursery at the 10:30 a.m. service.

Children age three - grade one
Sundays, 9:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
This program, called Nurturing Faith, which mimics adult worship, includes singing, presenting the Bible story around a story circle using concrete story pieces, responding to the story, praying and feasting together, and going in God’s name with a blessing. This program engages children’s natural capacity for awe, wonder, and joy while they experience God and build theological thinking. This program happens at both the 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. worship services. At 9:00 a.m., the children are separated by age/grade and at 10:30 a.m., the children are all together in a mixed-age setting. Children are invited to stay in church for children’s time and then go to Sunday school, so this Sunday school program actually goes from 9:15 - 10:15 a.m. or 10:45 - 11:30 a.m.

Second - Fifth graders
Sundays, 9:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
This program, called Rotation Workshop uses the United Methodist "PowerXpress" curriculum. This program is based on the Multiple Intelligences Theory which states that we all learn in different ways. Therefore, the children in this program learn Bible stories by rotating through four workshops, one per week for a month, that all focus on the same Bible story. They learn a new Bible story each month. The workshops include art, cooking, drama, games, music, news broadcast, science, and video. The hope is that children will understand and remember the Bible story from at least one of these workshops each month. This program happens at both the 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. worship services. At 9:00 a.m., the children are separated by age/grade and at 10:30 a.m., the children are all together in a mixed-age setting. Children are invited to stay in church for children’s time and then go to Sunday school, so this Sunday school program actually goes from 9:15-10:15 a.m., or 10:45-11:30 a.m.
